I got the harbor freight trailer with 8" wheels. I think it is rated for 900 lbs or so. I recommend getting the one with larger wheels since the 8" wheels are merely rated to 50MPH max and the back of the trailer sometimes drags on big dips. The trailer is a little flimsy when yous build it just it stiffens upwardly with plywood. I welded the frame and that helps to stiffen it likewise. It does non feel as solid equally a quality trailer made from welded steel. It is very lightweight and not to be overloaded. It is good for hauling 2 dual sports or 1 street bike but not much more. It does fold up by removing 2 bolts and 2 hitch pins.

I originally bought it for hauling stuff home from Dwelling house Depot and information technology works well for that. I bolt in wheel chocks from cycle gear for hauling bikes. It was a fun project to build it and was pretty inexpensive at the time.Click to expand...
